BESPRECHUNG: DatenschutzR – Rechtsanwalt Dominik Güneri, LL.M.

Im gemeinsamen Gespräch können folgende Leistungen im Rahmen einer bestehender DATENSCHUTZBEAUFTRAGUNG besprochen werden:

  • Gemeinsame Erstellung und Überarbeitung des Verzeichnisses der Verarbeitungstätigkeiten (VdV) über das AdviZZr®-Onlinetool nach persönlichen Angaben des Verantwortlichen (Art. 30 I und II DSGVO), inklusive Telefon-Support
  • Gemeinsame Ausarbeitung und Überarbeitung eines technisch-organisatorischen Maßnahmen-Konzepts (TOM) über das AdviZZr®-Onlinetool nach persönlichen Angaben des Verantwortlichen (Art. 32 DSGVO), inklusive Telefon-Support
  • Ausarbeitung und Pflege von Informations- und Einwilligungstexten zur Erfüllung datenschutzrechtlicher Pflichten gegenüber Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Interessenten (z.B. Datenschutzhinweis, Mitarbeiterhinweise, Fotoeinwilligung, Werbeeinwilligung, Text für Weihnachts- und Glückwunschkarten, etc.), inklusive Telefon-Support
  • Ausarbeitung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen (Homeoffice-Vereinbarung, Bring-Your-Own-Device-Vereinbarung, Mobile-Device-Vereinbarung, IT-Richtlinie, Social-Media-Guideline), inklusive Telefon-Support
  • Datenschutzrechtliche Ergänzungen zu Arbeitsverträgen (Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung, Privatnutzungsverbot, etc.), inklusive Telefon-Support
  • STATUSKONTROLLE: Datenschutzaudit (Selbstaudit), mind. jährlich, ab 2. Betreuungsjahr – telefonisch oder vor Ort
  • UMSETZUNGSKONTROLLE: Fremdaudit auf Wunsch (optional), alle 3 Jahre – vor Ort
  • Jährliches Statusgespräch – telefonisch oder vor Ort
  • Support bei Datenschutzpannen und Auskunftsansprüchen (z.B. Kunden)
  • Support bei datenschutzrechtlichen Anfragen ggü. Dritten (z.B. Behörden, Internetprovider, Auftragsverarbeiter)
